Every year Council undertakes a mail out survey of residents. A survey form is included in the March edition of Council's newsletter 'The Beacon'. This broadens the survey with all residents able to participate should they wish to do so.
The valuable information gained from these surveys is used to help focus on the service and facilities needed to improve residents' levels of satisfaction. This survey is part of Council's ongoing commitment to improving the level of service.
