Examples of requests to be submitted through the form below include:

  • Applications for services such as garbage and recycling collection;
  • Information or an explanation of a policy or procedure;
  • Reports of damaged or faulty infrastructure (e.g. potholes, blocked stormwater drains)
  • Reports about dogs, unauthorised building work or similar issues that fall into a regulatory aspect of council’s service; and
  • A request for council to provide new infrastructure.

Snap Send Solve

Snap Send Solve is a free app for smartphones which allows you to report issues and provide quick feedback to Council.  Capture a photo and report on common issues such as potholes, litter, broken pavement, and damaged playground equipment, etc.  Your report is sent from the app with your email address, so that the council can converse directly with you to solve the issue.  To install the app simply search for Snap Send Solve in your app store or see it in action here.
