West Tamar Council is offering grants (up to the value of $4000) to assist community groups in the West Tamar municipality to hold community Australia Day events.
On Australia Day we come together as a nation to celebrate what is great about Australia and being Australian. It is the day to reflect on what we can be proud of and for communities to celebrate together. In line with the National Australia Day Council, West Tamar Council encourages our valued community groups to ‘Reflect. Respect. Celebrate.’
Please note that nominations and grant applications close on 28 October 2024 at 5pm.
